1. NO REFUNDS. If you are unsatisfied with your results, we can try to come to the best conclusion for both parties.
2. Cancellation fee of any time less than 24 hours before the shoot is $20. You will not be charged for the service. There is a $20 deposit for every shoot that will be returned unless cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the shoot.
3. Guaranteed satisfaction: While there are no refunds due to the time and effort provided with each shoot, you can make revisions to edits. However, the delivery time is up to 1 week for these revisions.
4. Don’t be afraid to ask for revisions! I want to provide each client with what their vision.
5. Ask questions! Making sure everything is completely clear is vital to a smooth process.
6. You may only choose one editing style.
7. NO taxes or additional fees not specified applied. If you have a question about your bill, please direct all emails to karayoomedia@gmail.com. DO NOT Instagram DM.
8. A shoot schedule is provided for you sent to you prior to the scheduled time.
9 Flexibility is key - from both sides. If you ask for individual or small group add-ons during the shoot or after the schedule has been sent, please know that the shoot may need to be rescheduled (or add another) that will be free of additional fees (beside the add-on cost).
10. Prices are final. Prices are determined based on equipment, time, and additional services. If you have any questions on how I price my packages, let me know!
11. Payment is due prior to receiving images depending on the delivery time promised. I accept cash, Venmo or Zelle.
12. If you book a shoot, make sure you are choosing the right date, time and location.
13. You must credit me in all photos. I reserve the right to share your photos on social media and own the copyright of all my photos. Likewise, you can share your photos to anyone and anywhere - just as long as I am credited. This allows me to grow my freelance business!
